Just a blog of cakes and cards that I make. I do sell my cakes to those that ask for them =) Please note: I know pleasures is spelt wrong but I got moaned at by a band for using their name so had to change it.

Raspberry Victoria sponge
I can't remember who told me but I was told my Grandad liked raspberry Victoria sponge so I decided to make one for him. I also decided to put some raspberries on top just to make it a little bit special.
aww it looks great, older people love their classic victoria sponges...actually, everyone does! So I'm sure it was spot on x
